In an earlier article we reviewed some of the supplements that beginners should get familiar with in order to maximize the results of their training. I have a clear goal with my training a lot clearer now than in the beginning and it feels awesome to finally get to wear all of my clothes without something sticking out, and to still be able to breath normally! First of all — I have gained a lot of strength in short time! This is one of the best things I have ever done. I believe that we both did a fantastic job and I am grateful to have had a trainer who is a little more of the No bullshit-type. The physiological process, not only during the session itself but also as a result of regular meditation, helps us eliminate elements that steal our energy.

I am truly satisfied! My PT has helped me achieve my goals so far and I have realized that I love training! When resuming physical activity it is important to be determined and to set a concrete goal. My motivation to keep this up is unbreakable and I have a hard time believing that I would lose sight of my final goal. I believe that we both did a fantastic job and I am grateful to have had a trainer who is a little more of the No bullshit-type.
